Usually on the weekends I get time off from the kitchen, but if you read my two most recent posts, this weekend was very much not the ordinary weekend we are used to enjoying.
So in trying to keep myself occupied I prepared this delicacy which to my surprise MY DAUGHTER LOVES AND COMES IMMEDIATLY TO THE TABLE, MOUTH WATERING AND ALL when I shout LUNCH IS READY!!
